How to order

So, you have already decided to order our products. Our items can be in stock for immediate shipping or can be customer order.
To initiate the purchase, please, write us an email to amoaknits@gmail.com with the purchase information (items to buy and your shipping address).
Once amoaknits receive the purchase information, you will receive an email with the cost of the purchase (including shipping costs), and the PayPal link to make the payment.
amoaknits accept payments ONLY via PayPal. You need a PayPal account to make the payment. In case you don´t have an account, it only will take few minutes to create (https://www.paypal.com).
The order will be sent to your address (please, make sure it is correct).
If the items are in stock, amoaknits will ship the orders within 1-3 business days after the payment has been cleared in PayPal.
If the items are custom order, amoaknits will start to manufacture them after the payment has been cleared in PayPal (check manufacturing time by email). Then, amoaknits will send your order once it is ready.
After the shipping is done, amoaknits will send to your email the tracking code to check the shipping status.
Total delivery time depends on: stock availability, custom order, postal service and custom duty at the border (in case).
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to the destination country.
